The Fellowship programme provides the students with the platform of receiving professional mentorship, internship and career advice as well as a leadership training opportunity.
The Fellowship also supports the Fellows throughout their education and prepare them for entry into the Fortis Society after completion of the Fellowship through an expedited co-optation process. The Fortis Fellowship formerly known as the Future Global Leaders Fellowship is a 3-year program that identifies the world’s most outstanding students and supports them.

Fellowship Eligibility and Selection Criteria: To be eligible for the 2020 Fortis Fellowship for International Student, applicants are to meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be 22 years or younger currently enrolled in 2nd year of an undergraduate programme in any course.
- Applicants be first from his/her family to attend university and/or low-income
- Applicants must possess great academic credentials in the first year of study at their respective universities.
- Applicant must demonstrate leadership abilities through self-started initiatives, or leadership positions on campus or in applicant’s community.
- Applicants must also possess resilience demonstrated by overcoming hardship and also record of altruistic initiatives.
- Applicants must also demonstrate strong ethics, altruism, charisma, and global ambition.
